Handbags Part II: Wristlets and Clutches

You saw all the latest and greatest totes in Handbags Part I, now it's time for wristlets and clutches. Ready for round two?

I love this 'Be My Guest' clutch (courtesy of Lilly Pulitzer). I know it's been out for a while, but come on, that pink turtle just gets me every time.

Okay, I just about died when I laid my eyes on this bleeker tattersall wristlet from Coach. The print is subtly colorful, chic, and preppy.

So I found this from a line called Jesse B. I'd never heard of it before, but I saw this and immediately fell in love! The bow is so cute, and the bold cobalt blue is perfect for a splash of color.

Simple. Cute. (And the post felt so incomplete without a little Dooney)
I thought that this was so cute! A very versatile metallic clasp clutch from Forever 21:

Another creation from the one and only Coach, this holiday patchwork wristlet is about as close to perfect as any fashionista can get. Impeccably chic, colorful but not too bold, and really goes with any outfit...

Words cannot describe how much I love this JCrew Josephine purse! I thought it was very Gossip Girl Blair Waldorf-esque.

A very cutesy, girly Juicy Couture metallic clutch:

Again from Juicy Couture, maybe a little clunky, but at the same time the buckle is really what makes the piece unique, and is a very cute and definitely preppy patent leather wristlet nonetheless.

From Felix Rey Handbags (found on Shopbop), this Kitty Sequin clutch is totally preppy glam.

Okay, I don't even know what to say about this legacy stripe Coach wallet...it's so perfect! I love the colorful stripes, very preppy and very chic.

Again from Coach, I thought that this wristlet was so elegant and...well see for yourself:

This lovely zip (courtesy of Marc by Marc Jacobs) is almost mind-boggling...it's such a pretty bright color, yet so subtle and elegant...

This Lilly Pulitzer 'Piece of Heaven' wristlet really is...a piece of Heaven...

This is probably the most chic, most elegant, and most wonderful piece of the whole post. I completely love this Ralph Lauren wristlet!

Another clutch from the Jesse B. collection, I really fell for this preppy golf pattern.

More sequins! I love this shiny silver Forever 21 clutch:

This JCrew silk tartan Claire clutch is too cute! I love the color scheme, the blues, greens, yellows, reds, all tied together with the black buckle.

Well, I guess I'm just a sucker for sequins. The more I look at this clutch from Topshop, the more I love it. I love the different patches of fabric, meeting at the middle, and the bright blue is a sure-fire way to add a bold splash of color to any outfit.So that's it for Handbags Part II. Handbags Part I: Totes

Handbags, purses, totes, whatever you want to call them, are necessities in any preppy girl's life. However, as you all probably know, there are just too many to have all at once! Therefore, I will be presenting this collection one step at a time. I'll begin with the fabulous totes. Enjoy!

A simple yet very cute, girly mini pink pony tote from Ralph Lauren:

Another very cute tote from the wonderful Ralph Lauren, very alike to the pink pony tote, only in black and in the large size, giving it a little more slender look:

This really doesn't look like a tote from the picture, but it is and I love it! The jeweled drawstring and leather material really gives the everyday over-the-shoulder a chic look. Lilly Pulitzer, you've done it again! Also comes in princess pink:

This waterproof beach bag from Lilly is so cute! I love the bright colors and bold print, and the plastic bag with the gold hardware and rope handles go so well...love it! Also comes in a navy zebra kind of print, but I personally think the patterns and materials with the pink lining all kind of clash; the 10 to 2 floral print works much better.I fell in love with this Dooney & Bourke patched plaid tassel tote the minute I laid my eyes on it. I love everything!

Aww! Again from Dooney & Bourke, this tote is so whimsical and cute! I love the bumble bees.
Wow. This Multipli-cite shoulder bag is simply fantastic. Chic, practical, Louis Vuitton. What more could you ask for?
Another from Louis Vuitton, this Antigua Cabas MM is absolutely fantastic, is it not? Plus, it comes in four other colors.

Two Words: Lilly Pulitzer

Lilly Pulitzer; probably takes the prize for one of the preppiest brands around. And isn't it fab?

So anyway, the Resort 2007 collection was recently released, here are a few of my favorites.I love this Brynne Silk Dupioni dress. The pink coral might not work with some people's complexions, but it's gorgeous nonetheless.I can't quite decide about this Jacqueline Lace dress. It may not look stunning on the mannequin, but I can definitely see it being very cute worn, especially with heels and some big sunglasses.

I love this Cordelia Dress! It is so fun and actually looks surprisingly comfortable.
This Caroleena Georgette dress is nothing but fun. Can't you imagine wearing it at the party on Palm Beach?

The Kylie Jacket. So wonderfully sophisticated. It also comes in a navy, but I really think the sand dune works better.

I guess I just like Cordelia dresses, because every one I see catches my eye. This Cordelia Linen dress is so pretty, the colors, the v-neck halter, the empire waist. Fabulous!

Cardigans! Where would we be without cardigans? This Audrey Cardigan is so cute, and it looks extremely comfy as well. Also comes in hibiscus pink, true navy, and vanilla.

Okay, when in doubt, wear a sweater. This Gloria cashmere sweater is absolutely wonderful, and what's even better is that it comes in EIGHT different colors; this beach club blue, lemon sorbet, palm beach camel, palm green, princess pink, shrimp, sky blue, and vanilla.

I just about died when I saw this Rene top. A fabulous twist on the classic polo, what's not to love?

This Marin striped hoodie is so cute! Very wearable for many occasions; going to the gym, shopping...extremely versatile.
